How does Forge work?

Forge is a single app that allows you to join a variety of free restaurant loyalty programs! You can browse available loyalty programs from your home page, and clicking on a specific program will bring you to that restaurant’s home page. 

 

From there, you can join the loyalty program, earn and track points, and redeem exclusive rewards for that restaurant.

 

What loyalty programs does Forge support?

Forge supports numerous restaurant loyalty programs across the Bay Area and beyond. Check your homepage for the current list.

Is there a limit to the number of loyalty programs I can add to Forge?

No, there's no limit. You can join all the loyalty programs we offer for free.

 

What are points and how do I earn them?

Points are the loyalty currency you earn as a member of the loyalty programs offered by Forge Rewards and our partner restaurants. 

 

Earn points by simply pressing the “Check In” button on a restaurant’s loyalty homepage when you're physically there. This automatically awards you points for your visit.

 

How can I use my points with Forge?

To use your points, select the “View Rewards” button on a restaurant’s loyalty homepage. Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for rewards. The availability and variety of rewards will vary for each restaurant.

 

Redeemed rewards remain active for 30 minutes and can be viewed on your Forge Pass page. Show your reward from the Forge Pass page to an employee in-store to claim it!

 

Can I track my loyalty points and rewards history in Forge?

Absolutely! You can view the number of loyalty points you have for a specific program by visiting that restaurant’s loyalty page. You can also track your overall rewards history on the History page, which displays past check-ins and redeemed rewards.

 

Can I transfer points or rewards between different loyalty programs using Forge?

No, points and rewards earned for a specific restaurant can only be used with that restaurant.

 

Can I leave a loyalty program?

Certainly! You can opt out of a loyalty program anytime by using the button at the bottom of the program's home page. However, leaving a program means forfeiting any accumulated loyalty points.

Can I use Forge on multiple devices?

Your Forge account is tied to your phone number, so you must sign in with the same phone number across all devices if you wish to use your Forge account on them.

 

Can I link my credit or debit card to Forge for additional rewards?

No, Forge does not currently support transaction-based rewards.
